Cancellation Policy
I strive to provide a personalized and positive experience for every client. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
To accommodate all clients fairly, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show, which will result in a 100% no-show fee.
